ITV Racing wins a BAFTA for Grand National Coverage

Sir Anthony McCoy joined his ITV co-presenters, directors and producers on stage at the Royal Festival Hall to collect a BAFTA for its coverage of the 2017 Grand National.

ITV saw off three strong contendors in the sport category; Sky for its coverage of Anthony Joshua v Wladimir Klitschko; the BBC for its Six Nations rugby union clash between Wales and England; and Channel 4 for the women’s Euro semi-final between England and Holland.
