Documentary feature ‘Being AP’ is premiering tonight at the Toronto Film Festival, as part of TIFF Docs. Only 20 of 6000 films have been selected for screening and AP has travelled to Canada for the red carpet event. The film follows 20-time champion jockey AP McCoy in his final season.
Directed by BAFTA-winner Anthony Wonke, the all-access documentary follows the 41 year-old who has notched up more than 4,300 wins, 700 falls, 40 broken bones and a BBC Sports Personality of the Year Award in 2010 across a near 25-year racing career.
The film hits over 200 cinemas across the UK and Ireland in mid-November. You can view the trailer at http://tiff.net/festivals/festival15/tiffdocs/being-ap
