Chloe Madeley has teamed up with Bensons for Beds, in a deal negotiated by LBM, as part of a study to discover the physical performance benefits of adding just two hours of sleep. The sports tests were measured in a variety of ways, focusing on reaction time, pain threshold, speed, strength and endurance, tested after 7 hours sleep, and then 9 hours sleep.
Chloe found that after increasing her sleep from seven to nine hours, she was able to withstand three and a half times more pain and her reaction times were 15% faster.
