Tom Scudamore has been appointed to the BHA’s Industry People Board to provide his expertise to develop a long-term plan for the wellbeing and retention of the racing workforce. The former jockey will be joined by seven other board members to share their knowledge in, and experience of, the racing industry, their understanding of diversity and inclusion, education and employment as well as strategic leadership.
