Legendary jockey Sir Anthony McCoy attended a ceremony to officially open the Peter O’Sullevan Community Centre at Aintree, the home the infamous Grand National. He did so on behalf of the Trustees.
The Hub has been named after racing legend, O’Sullevan, who died in July 2015 at the age of 97. On his retirement from commentating in 1997 he founded the Peter O’Sullevan Charitable Trust, which to date has raised well in excess of £4million in support of various charitable enterprises.
