Entertainment One (eOne) has picked the currently untitled AP McCoy documentary from Moneyglass Films for UK and Ireland with plans to release the film theatrically later this year. Directed by Bafta-winner Anthony Wonke, the all-access documentary follows the story of 20-time champion jockey AP McCoy through his final season.
“The opportunity to film with a sports legend such as AP McCoy while still performing at the height of his considerable powers is a unique and special one,” said film producer Nick Ryle.
