AP McCoy has been enticed out of retirement for one day only to take part in the Leger Legends Classified Stakes at Doncaster on September 9th.
The record-breaking jumps jockey, who retired at Sandown in April after winning the title for the 20th year in a row, will make a rare appearance on the Flat in the charity race over the straight mile on Town Moor. The race raises money for the Injured Jockeys Fund at the St Leger Festival.
