Chanelle, Lady McCoy provided two keynotes speeches for United Health Care in the Dublin and Letterkenny regions. Chanelle, who co-founded Chanelle Medical, a subsidiary of Ireland’s largest indigenous pharmaceutical company Chanelle Group, spoke about growing a business from the roots-up and succeeding within a global sphere.
She also discussed workplace culture, the importance of employee retention to millennials, employee motivation and maintaining a healthy life/work balance.
