Chanelle, Lady McCoy took to the stage to speak to 300 secondary school principles and chairpersons at an annual Board of Management conference.
The audience, responsible for over 185,000 students, were inspired by Chanelle’s experience of developing and leading teams, maintaining goals and morale whilst instilling confidence and advising the younger generation.
