Former Wales forward Hal Robson-Kanu made a guest appearance on the BBC’s “Sin Bin” rugby programme on the eve of the Italy v Wales Six Nation’s match. Hal took part in the Sin Bin Showdown challenge which saw him take on ex-Wales players James Hook and Scott Quinnell in a rugby challenge at Cardiff Arms Park.
