Wasps Captain James Haskell has been named in England’s 31-man squad for the Rugby World Cup which starts next month in the UK. Haskell has been selected as part of the back row. England’s first game is against Fiji on 18th September at Twickenham.
Head coach Stuart Lancaster has also included rugby league convert Sam Burgess in the squad, which means there’s no place for fellow centre Luther Burrell. Nick Easter and fly-half Danny Cipriani have also been omitted.
