Top jockey Sam Twiston-Davies rode Matata to an emphatic win in the Betfair Exchange Handicap Chase on New Year’s Day at Cheltenham. Eight year-old Matata, trained by Sam’s Dad Nigel and brother Willy, relished his return to two and a half miles giving Sam an early big win of 2026.
