The Wales rugby legend Shane Williams will be part of ITV’s broadcasting team for the 2016 RBS Six Nations in a deal negotiated by LBM. Shane returns to ITV after co-commentating for the channel during last autumn’s Rugby World Cup.
Shane joins the likes of Jonny Wilkinson, Lawrence Dallaglio, Jason Robinson, Brian O’Driscoll, Sir Ian McGeechan, Maggie Alphonsi, and Sir Clive Woodward etc
The 2016 Championship marks the start of a six-year deal between the ITV and the BBC that will see the matches shared between both broadcasters on television and online, with extensive coverage on ITV.com.
