Legendary sportsman Sir AP McCoy has given a motivational talk to over 200 guests invited by the Executive Institute. The 20 times Champion Jockey pinpointed specific career achievements, experience and expertise to coincide with the event themes of Peak Performance, Overcoming Adversity and Motivation. AP also discussed the key to success, the value of influencers throughout his career and the mental and physical transition into retirement.
